Data Retention Period

Account and transaction data is retained for as long as your account is active and for a period thereafter as required by Indian financial regulations. Closed accounts have their personal data purged after the mandatory retention window expires.

Account Security Measures

We use encrypted connections for all account sessions and two-factor authentication is available for your login. Withdrawal requests are verified against the UPI or Paytm ID registered at account opening to prevent unauthorised transfers.

Your Rights and Requests

Third-Party Sharing
